Consulted/Advised to Valuation Associates LLC, Delray Beach, FL, concerning the development and deployment of SwapWatch product - an independent valuation service for Swaps/Derivatives in Municipal Markets. Process involved ongoing software development, direct marketing and mass mailing procedures.
Consulted/Advised to Administar Services Group, Jacksonville, FL, regarding the enhancement of their customer data base and sales process for Class Action and Bankruptcy Administration services
Spearheaded the development of the Wells Fargo Delaware Trust Company (WFDT). As President of WFDT, this encompassed preparing initial business plans and projections in conjunction with bank senior management as well as working with counsel to establish this special entity. Having recruited initial staff professionals in sales and administration, this unit quickly led the Corporate Trust East Coast Region in new business volume . This unit has since tripled its new business volume and respective staffing and has become an integral piece of the Wells Fargo Corporate Trust arena and Bank. Additionally, as Regional Vice President for 23 states in the East Coast Corporate Trust Region, created 4 new offices and increased revenues five (5) fold in four years.
