IT OFFICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Job summary:
In charge of maintenance of small IT/Office infrastructure (30 – 50 PCs, phone lines, printers, security system, etc.). Deals with day to day issues, ensuring the smooth running of the office, through technical and procurement support.
Requirements:
University or high school degree
At least 3 years of experience in the IT support sector
Experience in installation, configuration and upgrade of hardware and software
Excellent knowledge of English language
PC literacy
Main responsibilities:
Preventive and repair maintenance of PCs, printers, telephones and security systems
Supportive administration of user accounts, problem solving and installation of hardware/software
Procurement of technical supplies, by way of contact with licensed distributors, replacements and updates for work stations and other office needs
Candidate’s profile:
Responsible, hard-working and initiative team player
Good communication and decision making skills
Time management skills with ability to prioritize
