Neće to baš ići tako lako, kako si zamislio...

Druga opcija, koja možda uspe:
- Izvadiš taj hard disk iz laptopa i zakačiš ga na drugi računar kao jedini hard (master)
- Napraviš dve particije i na jednu instaliraš kompletan Windows, a na drugu u poseban folder staviš sve potrebne drajvere za svoj notebook
- Iz Device Managera bez ponuđenih restarta deinstaliraš sve drajvere za HDD Controller, chipset, grafiku, LAN...
- Ugasiš računar i vratiš hard disk nazad u laptop
- Uključiš laptop i dovršiš instalaciju...

Ako pri ruci imas Windows Server, AD, DHCP i DNS, mozes instalirati RIS pa pokusati preko njega:

Ako imas samo obicnu radnu stanicu i laptop, imas dve varijante na sledecim linkovima (trebace da se skine dosta prateceg softvera, ali kazu ljudi da radi):

evo ovako stoje svari:
Ovo je da ne poverujete:
Imam Toshibu portege r100 (laptop nema opticki uredjaj). Kupio sam ga pre 4 god. Pre 2 god me je nesto zezao njegov XP i stavio sam Vistu. Sve je radilo OK do pre neki dan, kad je mogao da se podigne samo u safe mod-u. Bio je u servisu rekli su da jedino moze da se instalira preko njegovog optickog uredjaja (njegova optika je preko PCMCI). Probao sam sa vise eksternih optickih uredjaja, i nista nece da krene boot sa CDa. Imam i eksterni FDD, probao sam sa raznim boot-fdd, ali uspeo sam samo da formatiram HDD (inace HDD u njemu je manji od 2.5"). HDD sam testirao i radi OK. Takodje probao sam sa bootUSB disk i sa SDCard da podignem OS, ali nista. Jedino 2 resenja koja vidim to su
1. Da kupim (ako ima) ili da pozajmim od nekog ko ima PCMCI DVD za njega ili
2. da pokusam da podignem sistem preko mreze. (ov ne znam kako se radi), pa ako ima neko objasnjenje molim da okaci.

Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) 2008 Update 1 unifies the tools and processes required for desktop and server deployment into a common deployment console and collection of guidance. The fourth generation deployment accelerator adds integration with recently released Microsoft deployment technologies to create a single path for image creation and automated installation. MDT’s tools and end-to-end guidance reduce deployment time, standardize desktop and server images, limit service disruptions, reduce post-deployment help desk costs, and improve security and ongoing configuration management.

Microsoft Deployment Toolkit technologies eliminate interaction time required to install desktop and server operating systems. Interaction at the targeted computer may take a few moments using the Lite Touch Installation (LTI) method or it can be completely automated using Zero Touch Installation (ZTI). Moram prvo da kazem hvala svima na trudu.
Nisam bio ovih dana ovde, tako da nisam nista ni uradio. sam sam citao vase odgovore i moram priznati da ovo preko mreze je malo koplikovano za mene. TJ. ne bih vec da nesto zeznem na postojecim serverima. Videcu sa drugarom za 10 dana sta cemo da uradimo i kako.
A za Catch 22 Vistu sam instalirao kad je bio podignut XP, samo sam je instalirao preko XPa. I moram da ti priznam na ono tvoje u P.S. sto si napisao, da si potpuno u pravu, malo sam rzopleto odgovorio.
Hvala svima jos 1 pa kad probam, javljam sta je bilo. Veliki pozdrav.

Booting the Unbootable
After some research I found a site that hosted boot disks specifically for the R100. I tried all three but what ended up working for me was the official Portege R100 Recovery Boot Disk v1.1. Its a little executable that will format and place a Windows 98 based boot disk on a floppy for you, with CD-ROM drivers and a few tools. The standard Windows 98 bootdisk would probably work as well. Once it finished making the floppy I added the following utilities from this site: smartdrv, fdisk, and format.com to the tools directory. Using the IDE to USB converter I had bought previously, I connected the oldest CD-ROM drive I could find, (after all were dealing with Windows 98 here). It ended up being a HP CD-Writer Plus 8100 I pilfered from my roommate. I set the BIOS to boot from floppy first and put the Windows install image in the drive. One little snag with the official Toshiba floppy boot disk is that it boots the computer but then immediately looks for the Toshiba Recovery CDs in the CD-ROM not having received media of any kinda you might think I was snookered, however once it realizes you dont have the recovery CD in the drive, doing a ctrl+c dumps you into a basic DOS environment where A: is your USB floppy drive, C: is your hard drive D: is the RAM drive it just created and X: is the USB CD-ROM drive. Using fdisk I set up my partitions. I decided to allocate 25GB for Windows and the rest, 7GB, for Ubuntu. So we create a primary DOS partition of size 25GB, and set it to active, leave the rest as free unpartitioned space (If you are doing just a single boot windows install make the partition span the entire drive). Then format it to FAT32, (we have to leave it as FAT32 otherwise the alternate XP install program wont recognize it as a drive). Once thats done run X:\i386\winnt. Now were getting somewhere, we're at the standard blue screen, not of death but of life, (BSOL), that is the Windows install interface we're all used to. Make sure you answer yes when asked to convert from FAT32 to NTFS. From here its a standard Windows install and man does it fly on the SSD, the GUI part of the installation which it estimates to take 34 minutes took less than half that to complete.
