Internet Telephony has telephone carriers and some countries so concerned over revenue loss, they're willing to ban the technology from being used. Panama has decreed that all internet service providers in the area must block the 24 UDP ports used by voice over IP in both the consumer and business sectors. The decree, which was published October 25, raised the ire of Panamanian ISPs, who have been planning a demonstration against the decision.

Znaci, resenje je jednostavno. Samo treba da se provuce zakon o zabrani tih UDP portova, i PTT vise nema problema - svi ce da koriste PTT za telefonske usluge. Sjajno, zar ne?
