Abilities Mod - allows your player statistics to increase much more rapidly than normal.

Vehicle Mods:
Rare Car Mod - see cars that you normally won't see around the streets.
Real Life Car Names - replaces the SA car names with their real life counterparts.
Tornado C&C - give a new skin to the Tornado.
Woodland Green Rhino - completely green Rhino.
Camouflage Rhino - army camo colors.
Urban Camouflage Hunter - army camo colors.
Monster Truck Skin - adds a new decal on the hood of the Monster Truck.

SA Opened Up v1.1 - now all safe houses are available to be purchased right away. Also, the planes in the San Fierro airport are no longer locked. If you can jump the fence, you can fly the planes.
