Job Description:
- Localization data gathering (complete and correct localization data).
- Data preparation and Data conversion activities.
- System & Data validation.
- Cut-over preparation and Cut-over activities
- Hypercare.
Primary tasks:
- Plan, Prepare, and Execute localization data gathering on site and create localization gap.
- Continuously follow-up and make sure localization data is complete and correct; acting as the interface between site and ISP Gap center.
- Plan, Prepare, and Execute data conversion activities ac-cording to the method (i.e. data preparation, data object scope definition, data mapping, file creation, test load, and production load).
- Support the Site Implementation Manager in the planning & preparation of system & data validation activities – and support the local organization in the execution of the validation activities.
- Support the Site Implementation Manager and the Central Data Conversion.
- Lead in the planning & preparation of cut-over activities.
- Support the local organization in cut-over preparation activities, and execute cut-over activities according to plan.
- Support the local organization during Hypercare.
Specific skills required:
- Senior SAP FICO R/3 roll-out designer.
- Good knowledge of complete ISP Rollout method.
- In-depth knowledge of ISP Rollout localization, data conversion, and cut-over processes and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of finance & controlling Tetra Pak business process, both from general business as well as ISP (SAP R/3) perspective.
- Good communication and coordination skills (English and Serbian).
