Project Manager needed
We are a rapidly growing software company looking for dedicated programmers to support our dynamic software for the service industry.
We need a Project Manager that will help us in the Development and Solving Coding Issues.
The software project manager position requires communication, organization, multitasking and assessment skills. The project manager is the point person for a software project and is responsible for it from beginning to end. Most of our project managers handle several projects at once. The project manager interacts with clients, management, software developers and QA.
Requirements:
- Experience managing and leading the design, development and deployment of multiple, simultaneous infrastructure projects. Full SDLC experience is required.
- Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology, familiar with other methodologies.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast changing environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle conflicting deadlines, multi-tasking.
- Excellent team player and team builder.
- Hands on experience on Risk and Change management techniques.
- Ability to determine and implement step-by-step improvements to move toward end goal.
- Results Driven (Prioritizing, Taking Initiative, Taking Ownership).
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working closely with software developers, product managers, quality assurance & implementation teams.
Position requires work experience of at least 12 months.
Positions also requires you work from home and must have a high speed internet connection!
Must have a good command of English, speaking and writing.
Must be able to work US office hours (EST Time Zone).
This is a full time position.
