Senior PHP Web Developer (Novi Sad, Serbia)
About Us
Content360 is a 2 year-old startup, developing next generation web analytics services for evaluating content performance. Our clients are in a dynamic market of online content creation and publishing. The founding team has over 20 years of experience in publishing and content marketing with several great projects behind them. We are looking for employees for our Novi Sad office.
Responsibilities:
• You’ll be responsible for the development and maintenance of application administration interface and implementing business logic
• You’ll handle development of new features (integration with payment system, email reports, 3rd party API integration...)
• You will closely cooperate with Frontend, Devops and Business members of our team
• Delivering high quality code is essential
• Not afraid to dig, analyze logs, debug code and system functionality
• You’ll work as part of a team to develop and deliver the Content360 web-based applications by playing an active role in development of new features for a high performance, scalable web platform
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of PHP development experience
• Experience with MVC frameworks and building web applications
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful API’s
• Experience in utilizing some caching mechanism like Memcache, APC, Redis
• Working knowledge on web security issues and prevention (SQL injections, XSS, secure communication)
• Solid experience in JavaScript and jQuery, HTML, XML
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in following is a plus:
• Yii framework
• Writing automatic tests
• Working with the LAMP/LEMP stack (Linux, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP)
• Using Beanstalkd, Gearman or another queueing system
• Version Control (GIT, SVN, etc.)
• Continuous deployment / integration
• Python, Perl or another script language
