I just checked the list of Known Working Devices
(
http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/ + Device Overview +
Comm + Diamond [2 of them]) and this one isn't supported
by Linux-USB.
Looks like it's not an ACM modem and Diamond either
won't release the interface specs for it or hasn't
been asked correctly or by the right people.
The same web page(s) also say that the Diamond
SupraExpress (model 2860) does work, but not models
2920 and 2890). At least one of the non-working
models is reported to be a "winmodem."
