Chronos International is an executive search and selection company. We have been retained to further expand and strengthen our client’s mobile phones business group in Serbia (Belgrade), where they are currently looking to recruit further professionals to join their world-class team.


Administration Assistant

The role:

Manage all administrative tasks of the office in Belgrade
Update, distribute and communicate relevant information within operations
Compile reports, presentations and organization charts
Act as a interface towards external Business Partners
Project assistance tasks.
Plan and arrange internal/external events



The person:

Minimum 2 years administration experience
knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Windows
Proficient user of internet and web based tools
Local understanding (economical, political, cultural)
Eagerness, high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm
Effective communication skills
Good organizing and planning skills
Ability to work independently
