Opis posla:
As Project manager you will be responsible for:
- Creating and executing project work plans and revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Effectively applying and enforcing company standards and procedures
- Ensuring required quality level of the deliverables
- Minimizing company exposure and managing project issues and risks
- Managing customer's expectations
- Managing the project budget
- Reporting to the Project board and Programme manager on a weekly base
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Zahtevi:
We are looking for project manager having following skills:
- Project management experience in software development
- General understanding in the areas of application programming, internet, database and system design
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Preferably project management certificate, such as Prince2
- Ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects, possibly at diverse locations
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills. Able to present project information to superiors effectively. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Fluent in English. Other languages like German are plus
- University degree or graduate
