We are looking for Production Manager
Spoiled Milk, an international digital agency, is currently seeking a tech-savvy Production Manager with strong communication and coordination skills for our Belgrade office.
As Production Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Project Managers during the production process of various client projects for web and mobile platforms.
During the production phase, you will be communicating and discussing the detailed feedback and requirements with the client (through email, VOIP or phone), will coordinate the tasks with the production team, keep the project manager aligned and have a close eye on both schedule and budget. Also, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the projects once they are launched.
This task requires strong communication (orally and written) and coordination skills acting as the direct link between client and the production team. Having a technological understanding of web technologies and mobile frameworks is a defining factor. We’re not looking for former coders but definitely someone who knows up from down and front-end from back-end when talking to our engineers and discussing the tasks with our clients.
With our global setup and our client base in key European markets, it is mandatory that you are fluent in English and German. You also feel right at home with collaborative work tools and transparent processes. We favor Google Apps, products from 37signals and the Office suite in our workflow, so expertise with these tools is an advantage.
